I’ve heard about LinkedIn using user photos in job ads, but had not noticed one live until today. I really have no problem with this feature as long as my picture is only shown to me and not used in a different type of ad. I would not want to see my face used in an ad for a product by another company (which I think is what many people were worried about happening).
