How often brands post to Facebook, and the impressions they generate

Interesting post by Ignite Social Media on the top 50 brands they identified and how often they post to Facebook.

The Top 5 Most Frequent

  1. National Geographic (145)
  2. iTunes (119)
  3. MTV (108)
  4. Xbox (77)
  5. DC Shoes (70)

I personally don’t follow those companies (and I have most brands hidden from my feed), but the #s are interesting as to how often they communicate via their Facebook pages and the impact of doing so.
